What is the return policy?
Returns & Complaints
We hope you are truly satisfied with your hand-painted wine glasses! Should you change your mind, you have a 14-day right of return according to current consumer law. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, unbroken and undamaged.
If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping. Please do not hesitate to contact us first – we are happy to help you!
Is there something wrong with your glass? Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to fix it. If the complaint is approved, we will of course cover the shipping costs.

About the glasses
The wine glasses are made in France and hand-painted and packaged by Jiréne in Sweden.
The prices of the glasses vary depending on the amount of color, time required and level of detail in each design.
Each glass is carefully handmade! Size and number of flowers may vary.
How do I wash them?
Care instructions for your hand-painted wine glass
To keep your hand-painted wine glass beautiful:
- Hand wash only, gently with mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Avoid soaking or scrubbing the painted area
- Not dishwasher or microwave safe
- Handle with care – each glass is unique and created with love!
Can I buy the glasses on site?
Yes! You are welcome to purchase the glasses directly from our studio in Västerås, Sweden.
We are open after hours, so to be sure someone is on site, please contact us in advance at josefine@jirene.com .
