What is your return policy?

We hope you are really happy with your hand-painted wine glasses! Should you change your mind, you have a 14-day right of return according to consumer law. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, unbroken and undamaged.

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping. Please do not hesitate to contact us first – we will be happy to assist you.

Is there something wrong with your glass? Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to fix it. If the complaint is approved, we will of course cover the shipping costs.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on whether the item is in stock and your delivery address.
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

How are your products manufactured?

The wine glasses are made in France and hand-painted by Jiréne in Sweden.

Prices for the glasses vary depending on the amount of color, time required and level of detail in each design. Each glass is carefully handmade! Size and number of flowers may vary.
